New Energy Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • 1. Familiar with national and local power policies, understand the development process of wind power, distributed/ground-mounted PV, energy storage, and other projects;
  • 2. Responsible for developing new clients and projects within the assigned scope to meet the company’s development targets;
  • 3. Engage with client resources and track project progress, develop competitive strategy plans based on client needs;
  • 4. Participate in project approval and investment reviews, analyze and assess project investment boundaries and risks to ensure alignment with company requirements;
  • 5. Monitor industry trends and provide effective suggestions for business model development;
  • 6. Regularly report work progress, share industry insights, and contribute to the company’s knowledge system;
  • 7. Complete other tasks assigned by the company.

Qualifications

  • 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in new energy market investment and development, with social resource accumulation and 2-3 full lifecycle project experience (from indicator development to construction and operation) in wind, PV, and storage projects;
  • 2. Strong industry knowledge and market insight, with resource integration and government relations capabilities;
  • 3. Proficient in information gathering, business planning/negotiation, business expansion, and risk control;
  • 4. Sensitive to new energy development trends, with accurate understanding of regional policies;
  • 5. High sense of responsibility, strong resilience, good teamwork spirit, and willingness to travel;
  • 6. Overseas study or project experience, and bilingual proficiency preferred.

CEO Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • 1. Assist CEO in implementing company development strategies and business plans, track goal decomposition and execution;
  • 2. Gather relevant information, data, and policies to provide decision support for the CEO;
  • 3. Coordinate external communications, maintain key client and partner relationships, and manage the CEO’s schedule;
  • 4. Assist in business negotiations within authorized scope, prepare reports/documents, and manage external liaisons;
  • 5. Support strategic planning, organize meetings, draft resolutions, and manage document preparation;
  • 6. Handle administrative tasks and complete other assignments from the CEO.

Qualifications

  • 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, under 30 years old, with 3+ years of experience as executive assistant, administrative manager in large enterprises or government agencies preferred;
  • 2. Experience in investment, finance, legal affairs, or industrial/commercial real estate preferred;
  • 3. Strong interest in business operations, investment, negotiations, and real estate business models;

Investment Expansion Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-investment due diligence (legal/financial/technical), build investment models (IRR/ROI), and perform feasibility analysis (policy risk assessment) for new energy projects;
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with government (NDRC/energy bureaus), enterprises (power groups/private developers), and financial institutions (banks/trusts) (50+ new effective resources annually);
  • Track project approval progress (Project initiation to grid connection), resolve implementation obstacles (land acquisition/grid access);
  • Participate in investment agreement negotiations (core terms: equity ratio/exit mechanisms), formulate risk control plans (market/policy/technical risks);
  • Regularly report project progress (weekly/monthly/special reports), submit investment analysis reports (peer benchmarking/return forecasts).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in energy (wind/PV), finance, or economics preferred (master’s degree adds interview score);
  • 2+ years of new energy investment experience, familiar with full project development cycle (1-2 successful grid-connected project cases required);
  • Excellent data analysis skills (proficient in Python/SQL) and business negotiation skills (participated in 100M+ project negotiations);
  • Familiar with national new energy policies (e.g., county-level PV promotion/carbon trading) and relevant regulations (Electric Power Law/Tendering Law);
  • Ability to handle high work pressure (2-3 on-site due diligences weekly), willing to travel frequently (15+ days/month on project sites);
  • CEM certification preferred.

Vietnam Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee on-site management and coordination of new energy projects in Vietnam (construction progress/quality/safety monitoring);
  • Track local policy updates (e.g., tariff subsidies/foreign investment regulations), assist with project approvals (environmental assessment/concession permits);
  • Manage local partners (design institutes/construction teams/suppliers) to ensure on-schedule project execution (deviation ≤5%);
  • Resolve on-site emergencies (labor disputes/natural disasters), maintain corporate image in Vietnam (annual complaint rate ≤2%);
  • Regularly report project progress and risks to headquarters (weekly/monthly/quarterly reports with local market analysis).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, fluent in Vietnamese (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent, with oral test required);
  • 1+ years of overseas project management experience, familiar with Vietnam’s business environment (tax/labor/culture);
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication (Vietnamese+English) and emergency response capabilities (≤2 hours response time);
  • Adaptable to local living conditions (climate/food/security), willing to work long-term in Vietnam (≥10 months annually);
  • New energy industry background preferred (PV/wind project management experience adds interview score);
  • PMP certification preferred.

  • 3. Excellent team leadership, resilience, and conflict resolution skills, optimistic and persistent;
  • 4. Strategic thinking focused on long-term value, proficient in data analysis and tool-based management;
  • 5. Strong goal orientation, process management, and result-driven, capable of handling emergencies;
  • 6. Skilled in relationship management, modest, and willing to travel frequently.

  • 1. Manage daily content operations for official WeChat, Weibo, and Toutiao accounts;
  • 2. Create original copy for press releases, social media posts, and soft articles aligned with business needs;

Qualifications

  • 1. Majors in communication, journalism, brand planning, marketing, advertising, or Chinese preferred;
  • 2. 2+ years of social media (WeChat/Weibo/Douyin) copywriting experience, familiar with internet-style expression;
  • 3. Proficient in creative editing, publishing, and engagement management to increase influence, with independent original content creation ability;
  • 4. Strong user empathy, capable of addressing user pain points through writing;
