New Energy Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • 1. Familiar with national and local power policies, understand the development processes of wind power, distributed/ground-mounted photovoltaics, energy storage, and other projects;
  • 2. Responsible for the development of new clients and projects within the assigned scope, achieving the development targets set by the company;

Assistant to CEO

Job Responsibilities

  • 1. Assist the CEO in implementing the company’s development strategy and business plan, and follow up on the decomposition and execution of work objectives;
  • 2. Collect relevant information, data, and policies to provide references and suggestions for the CEO’s decision-making;
  • 3. Coordinate external communication on behalf of the CEO, participate in establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners. Arrange and remind the CEO of daily work schedules and itineraries;
  • 4. Assist the CEO in business negotiations within the authorized scope, handle various reporting and liaison tasks. Draft reports and documents required by the CEO, arrange external liaison, schedule the CEO’s participation in various activities, and keep records;

Qualifications

Investment Expansion Specialist

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for pre-investment due diligence (including legal/financial/technical due diligence) of new energy projects, investment calculations (building IRR/ROI models), and feasibility analysis (policy risk assessment)
  • Develop and maintain cooperative resources with governments (NDRC/Energy Bureau), enterprises (power groups/private developers), and financial institutions (banks/trusts) (add over 50 valid resources annually)
  • Track project approval progress (from project initiation to grid connection), coordinate to resolve obstacles to project implementation (such as land acquisition/grid connection issues)
  • Participate in investment agreement negotiations (core terms such as equity ratio/exit mechanism), formulate risk control plans (including market/policy/technical risks)
  • Regularly report project progress (weekly/monthly/special reports), submit investment analysis reports (including peer benchmarking/return forecasts)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, majors in energy (wind/solar), finance, or economics preferred (master’s degree adds interview points)
  • Over 2 years of experience in new energy project investment, familiar with the entire project development process (must have 1-2 successful grid-connected project cases)
  • Excellent data analysis skills (proficient in Python/SQL) and business negotiation skills (participated in 100-million-level project negotiations)
  • Familiar with national new energy industry policies (such as county-wide promotion/carbon trading policies) and relevant laws and regulations (Electric Power Law/Tendering and Bidding Law)
  • Able to withstand high-intensity work pressure (2-3 on-site due diligences per week), adaptable to long-term business trips (over 15 days per month stationed at project sites)
  • Holders of Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certificates preferred

Vietnam Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for on-site management and coordination of new energy projects in Vietnam (including construction progress/quality/safety monitoring)
  • Track local policy dynamics (such as electricity price subsidies/foreign investment access policies), assist in completing project approval procedures (environmental assessment/franchise license)
  • Manage local cooperation teams (design institutes/construction teams/suppliers) to ensure projects progress as planned (deviation rate ≤5%)
  • Handle on-site emergencies (such as labor disputes/natural disasters), maintain the company’s image in Vietnam (annual customer complaint rate ≤2%)
  • Regularly report project progress and risks to the domestic headquarters (weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, including local market analysis)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, fluent in Vietnamese (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent level, oral test required)
  • Over 1 year of experience in overseas project management, familiar with the Vietnamese business environment (including taxation/labor/cultural customs)
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills (bilingual communication in Vietnamese and English) and emergency response capabilities (emergency response time ≤2 hours)
  • Able to adapt to the local living environment in Vietnam (climate/diet/security), accept long-term overseas assignments (first-year residence in Vietnam ≥10 months)
